If you want to make money online, than you will first have to defeat that negative voice in the back of your head that says it isn't really possible.

I can tell you firsthand it is possible and I am living proof that anyone with a little persistance and effort can crack the code and make money online. Now if you would have asked me that question several years ago, I probably would have had said "I am not sure".

But today I can definately say that is possible for you, but first you have to get your mind in the right place. In a positive place. Instead of being a doom and gloom type of person, you have to look at every step you take wether good or bad and learn from them.

I am not going to pull your chains and tell you that you are going to get rich overnite, because making money on the internet can take weeks or even months to set yourself up for success. But all of the investing and effort that you apply now will pay off later as long as you are'nt one of these many people that join a make money program and than give up when they don't see overnite wealth!

As a society we want everything to be done for us and in the blink of an eye. Answer me this question; "If you knew that in one year if followed certain steps you would be financially well off, would you pursue the steps or just say no thanks?

My guess is that financial independence would be a strong motivator for you. Guess what, it is the motivating factor for everyone that wants to make money online. The difference between you and the other guy is your desire and perseverance.

You may have to deal with family and friends along the way that tell you that you will never make money and your time is wastaed because all money making programs are scams or rippoff's! I am telling you that this is what I dealt with when I first came online, but now that I am cranking out money from my online business those people are the first ones to help me spend it! So don't get caught up in all of that negative crap!

Even when it feels like your online business moves two steps back if you keep at it, your business will jump forward and you will make money online.

At some point in your blogging career, you may decide to make the leap from a free reader service to a revenue generating venture. Using the following seven methods, you will be able to start making money online quickly and continually for the life of your blog.

Pay Per Click Ads (PPC)
This is probably the easiest way to increase your initial income from blogging. Showing Pay Per Click (PPC) ads means that you have signed up for any one of a number of different programs available. Whether it be a Buy me a [Fill in your choice of beverage or item] here or just a button on your site that says Donate Here these can be useful little tools as traffic grows. People who read blogs and enjoy the stories or information that are posted get a sense of belonging to the writer. Some blogs make upwards of $200 per month from public donations.

Review for Fee
A recent phenomenon in blogging is in paid reviews of other people’s websites or blogs. Once your readership gets large enough you will be able to command hundreds of dollars to read, analyze and review other websites. Search around the web for review re-sellers or even set up an advertisement link through your own site and use Paypal.

Sell Your Own Banner Ads
One of the oldest forms of advertising on the web can still net you some money each month. You can privately sell advertising on your website to any company looking to attract viewers. Try pricing it out weekly, monthly or quarterly to see what works for your site. The price you can obtain will depend on your site traffic.

Affiliate Programs
Another traditional method of business is still working on the web. An affiliate program is based on a commission for referral payment method. A company will show their product or link on your site and when a person clicks through and buys, you receive a commission. Affiliate programs are offered by hundreds of companies including some very large international retailers. Simply find the product you want to sell and look for a link that says Become an Affiliate.

Text Link Ads
This form of advertising pays you to show links on your site. Depending on your daily traffic volume, you will be paid to show links from other websites. This differs from the PPC advertisement because you are paid a fixed amount for a defined period, rather than per click. This advertising is very similar than banner advertising; however, it is less intrusive.

Write and Sell Your Own eBook
Writing an ebook on your chosen topic is a great way to make money from your site. First, you will receive the money from the sale of the book. Second, you will have links within the book that redirect people back to your site, and third, if the quality is good you will gain popularity and respect in the market. Try using your historical posts as a basis for your eBook or research the best practices on the market and create something new.

Final Thoughts
The money you make from a blog will come from increasing your readership and increasing the number of first-time visitors to your site. First time visitors will generally be the ones that will read your information, subscribe to your RSS feed and potentially click through your PPC ads. Regular visitors are the ones who will help you sell banner ads, affiliate products, text link ads and purchase your ebooks.

One other thing to remember when monetizing your blog is to keep a focus on the content - not the ads. If your blog has more advertising than content, your readers will receive very little value from the site and will not return.

It seems that more and more web site entrepreneurs are discovering
the power of AdSense to make money with their web sites. With all
these people jumping on the bandwagon, there is more competition
than ever. This increased level of competition mean that it is
more important than ever before to think creatively in order to

One thing that many new web publishers fail to understand is that
it can be very difficult to make any serious money with only one or
two web sites to your name. One web site will rarely yield the
profits most people would find acceptable. Even though it is
theoretically possible to earn thousands of dollars a month from a
single web site, this level of earning is very difficult to achieve
unless that web site is a household name.

In order to drive the traffic needed for serious AdSense revenue,
it is generally necessary to have a larger number of web sites in
place, all hosting targeted AdSense hosted ads.

One of the beauties of Google AdSense, of course, is that it does
not limit you to a single web site. The same AdSense account can
be used for many different web sites. There is much more money to
be made by hosting ads on 10 or 20 web sites, or even 100 sites.

Let's take a look at why multiple web sites are such a good idea.
Those with a single web site and 100 or so visitors a day may be
able to earn a couple of dollars a day from Adsense, while those
with 10 additional web sites may be able to earn 10 times that
amount. If one web site can earn $300 per month through AdSense,
10 of those web sites could bring in $3,000 per month or more.

It is easy to see why multiple web sites are so important to
success with Google AdSense. Setting up all those web sites can
seem like a daunting task, but there is plenty of help and plenty
of automated web site services available to help you along the way.
Best of all, after the web sites are all in place, little ongoing
maintenance is required, other than providing fresh content and
tracking results.

In order to achieve the highest levels of success when it comes to
AdSense, it is important to choose those keywords that have high
value and high cost per click (CPC). This CPC number will help to
determine how much money will be received each time a visitor
clicks on a targeted ad. Knowing how much advertisers are
currently bidding for various keywords is an important part of
AdSense success.

Another critical factor is having a high number of ad impressions.
Of course in order to get those ad impressions it is important to
generate lots of traffic to the web site, through a combination of
keyword rich web site content and other search engine optimization
techniques.

Of course it is also important to get as high a click through ratio
as possible from the web sites. The higher the click through ratio
goes the better the earnings will be. Those web sites with the
highest click through ratios will be able to generate greater
revenue than those with low rates, even if the number of visitors
is the same.

Again, providing highly relevant and useful content
is a great way to gain the confidence of visitors and increase that
all important click through ratio.
